TNSTW (New Southbound Talent Bank) focuses on matching white-collar expatriate talent between Taiwan and Southeast Asia and South Asia, helping companies overcome recruitment barriers related to language, visas, and culture, and providing a platform for international talent to thrive in Taiwan. We welcome the following three groups to join us:

I. Job seekers: Register for free and build your Taiwan career.

Whether you are an overseas student, a white-collar worker from overseas, or a foreigner already working in Taiwan looking to change careers, this platform offers:

• Free publication of multilingual resumes (Chinese/English/Vietnamese/Indonesian, etc.)
• The knowledge section covers practical information such as work visas, ARC applications, labor rights, and living guidelines.
• We match job openings with legally registered Taiwanese companies, and we do not charge job seekers any fees throughout the entire process.

II. Corporate Members: Obtain recruitment services on a points-based system

This platform adopts a "recruitment agency model," where the platform assists companies in anonymously posting job openings and conducting initial talent screening. Companies can:

• Purchase a points plan to unlock resumes and contact candidates as needed.
• There's no need to disclose detailed company information; the platform will act as a matchmaker.
• Professional assistance in obtaining visas, labor laws, and practical operations.

III. Partners: Jointly Promoting the Flow of Talent in the New Southbound Policy
