Article 1 Applicable Subjects
These Terms and Conditions apply to legal entities or organizations (hereinafter referred to as "Corporate Members") that have completed corporate member registration on the New Southbound Human Resources Bank (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). By completing registration, a Corporate Member is deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

- Service Nature : This platform is a job matching information platform, providing services such as allowing corporate members to post job openings and advertisements, and browsing job seeker profiles.
Article 2 Account Management
- Corporate members should register with accurate company registration information and update it immediately if there are any changes.
- The account and password are to be kept safe by the corporate member and may not be transferred or provided to any third party. The corporate member is solely responsible for any damages caused by the use of the account by others.
- If you discover that your account has been used without authorization, you should immediately notify the platform for processing.
Article 3 Service Content
This platform provides the following services to corporate members (details and billing methods for each service are subject to platform announcements):
- Job postings : Job openings are posted on the platform for job seekers to browse and apply.
- Advertising exposure : Purchase advertising space to increase the visibility of your company or job opening.
- Job seeker profile browsing : Browse the publicly available resumes of job seekers according to the service plan.
- Other paid services : Value-added features launched by the platform from time to time will be handled in accordance with announcements.
Article 4 Regulations for Posting Job Vacancies
Corporate members must comply with the following regulations when posting job openings:
- Job opening information must be true and complete, and must not contain any false, exaggerated, or concealed important information.
- Salary and benefits shall not be lower than the statutory basic wage (currently NT$29,500 per month / NT$196 per hour), and the obligation to disclose salary shall not be circumvented by using "negotiable".
- Content containing employment discrimination is prohibited from being published. According to Article 5 of the Employment Service Act, discrimination may not be based on race, class, language, ideology, religion, political affiliation, place of origin, birthplace, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, appearance, facial features, physical or mental disability, zodiac sign, blood type, or previous union membership.
- The hiring of foreigners must comply with Articles 46 to 48 of the Employment Service Act and other relevant laws and regulations, and a permit must be applied for in accordance with the law.
- Job openings that do not match the actual job description must not be published (such as recruitment under the guise of sales or MLM recruitment).
- The platform reserves the right to review and remove non-compliant job postings, and fees already deducted will not be refunded.
Article 5 Obligations of Foreigners to Employ
Corporate members who recruit foreign talent through this platform should comply with the following regulations:
- Apply for an employment permit from the Ministry of Labor in accordance with employment service regulations.
- Foreigners’ passports, residence permits or property shall not be confiscated.
- The hiring, management, and dismissal of foreigners shall be handled by the corporate members themselves in accordance with the law, and the platform shall not intervene or assume any joint liability.
- Corporate members shall bear all responsibility for any fines or lawsuits arising from violations of employment-related laws.
Article 6 Guidelines for the Use of Job Seeker Information
- The personal information of job seekers obtained by corporate members through this platform may only be used for recruitment purposes and may not be used for any other purpose.
- Job seekers' information must not be resold, exchanged, or provided to third parties.
- Corporate members should properly safeguard the job seeker information they obtain in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, and should immediately notify the platform and the individuals involved if any information is leaked.
- After the recruitment process is completed, job seeker information that is no longer necessary should be deleted or the processing and use should be stopped in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
Article 7 Prohibited Acts
Corporate members are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- They use automated tools to extract large amounts of data from platforms or job seekers.
- Using another company's name or registration information to register an account.
- Using the platform to engage in illegal activities or publish content that violates laws.
- Interfering with the normal operation of the platform system or attacking the platform server.
- Circumventing the platform's billing mechanism or abusing the service in any way.
Article 8 Handling of Violations
- If a corporate member violates these rules or relevant laws, the platform may take measures such as removing content, suspending services, or terminating the account, depending on the severity of the violation.
- For accounts terminated due to violations, no refunds will be given for unused paid services.
- If a corporate member's violation causes damage to the platform (including but not limited to fines, compensation, and litigation costs), the corporate member shall be liable for compensation.
Article 9 Disclaimer
- This platform only provides information matching services and does not guarantee that corporate members will achieve their recruitment goals. Labor relations and employment disputes between corporate members and job seekers are to be handled by the parties themselves.
- Job seekers are responsible for filling out their own information. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information, and corporate members should verify it themselves.
- The platform strives to maintain service stability, but cannot guarantee that it will be completely flawless or uninterrupted. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance.
Article 10 Amendment to the Regulations
The platform reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any amendments will be announced on the platform and communicated to corporate members via email. Failure to submit written objections within 30 days of the announcement will be considered acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.
Article 11 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Taipei District Court of Taiwan.
